Penn State University (PSU) is a public academic research institute located in Pennsylvania, USA. The Thomas laboratory, at the PSU Department of Entomology, is associated with the Center for Infectious Disease Dynamics ( www.cidd.psu.edu ), one of the world centres of excellence for ecological and evolutionary analyses of infectious diseases. Members of the current Thomas lab have worked for more than 8 years on mosquito-killing fungi and for many years on insect pathogens and biocontrol in general. PSU has collaborated with In2Care in several projects on fungi.
