This is the third article on the EU-project in the Dutch national news paper ‘de Volkskrant’ under their Dossier ‘True Science’. In this section they follow scientific projects over time to get a better idea on how such projects work, to see that there can also be serious setbacks in science and to see how scientists cope with these. This article describes the filing of the patent for the EU project and the shipment of 10 kilometers of coated netting destined to be used to screen houses in Tanzania.
